i started at 349 lbs 16 months ago and i’m rounding 260 now. I’ve still got a looong way to go but i would be able to do this workout. it’s seems challenging but not impossible for somebody over 250.

Just gotta keep the diet in check

The guys who are very have, shoud start with activites thath are not stressfull on ther joints.Activites like, fast walking, biking, swimming etc. After that, thay can start to do stuff like this :)

agreed body building when done the right way. No drugs no huge Wey shakes.

it takes a really long time to change your body. and burn fat.

and to get to where he has. plus 41 pounds of muslce. probable took a good 2 years

Its funny how …
Its funny how trainers say its not about genetics but when you do ever seen trainers (male ones) that aren’t ripped. Vince here obviously works out almost every day but when was the last time he gained any significant amount of muscle with the use of hardcore supplements? He looks like he is naturally as big as he can get, just a built dude. Work within your limits people and don’t try to be someone your not.
