what can cause scaring in the eye to resemble macular degeneration?

once was diagn. with mac deg. when i was 30 now they say its some kind of distrophey, i might not spell corectly but , thats what they said now im 50 i was always told it was mac. degen.

this is what Dr Schulze recommends for vision problems..I know this has cured glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts and blindness sand I think he said it helped macular degeneration somewhere too.

I have regular eye checks, and too my knowledge have never had a special check for Glaucoma (if there is one).
